Message from South Lanarkshire Council :

We plan to:

· open ALL South Lanarkshire schools and nurseries on Monday on 5 March 2018;
· re-instate ASN transport

Our expectation is that schools and establishments will reopen on Monday.

We will continue to monitor the weather generally and at specific locations. We appreciate there could still be circumstances which may impact on a small number of schools which will be dependent on an assessment of local conditions.
