Dear Parents/Carers

There may be adverse weather conditions this week. Please check www.southlanarkshire.gov.uk for any updates on ASN Transport cancellations or for any information on council decisions made about the school. South Lanarkshire Council also have a Twitter Feed: ‘SLC Education’ which will have the most up to date information. The Head Teacher will also publish any updates on the school Facebook: ‘Sanderson High School East Kilbride’ and on the school website: www.sandersonhighschool.co.uk as she gets any information.

If ASN Transport is cancelled and the school is open, you may bring your child to school if safe to do so but you must also pick them up from school as transport will be off for the whole day. You must also be contactable for the whole day as a decision could be made to send pupils home, throughout the school day if it becomes unsafe for them and staff to be in school, depending on worsening conditions.
